No. You need to buy the correct replacement and have it at the Auckland property before we arrive. If you are unsure where to start, we can point you towards the manufacturer, retailer or another likely supplier.
Springfree replacement-part fitting starts from $149 NZD. The exact price depends on the part and model. The fitting price does not include the customer-supplied replacement part.
Use the model code rather than appearance alone. Mats, nets and rods can look similar while using different sizes or attachment points. Send us the model details or photos if you need help finding the likely supplier.
Yes. We can remove the worn SoftEdge Mat or FlexiNet and fit the correct customer-supplied replacement for your model, then check the related rods and tension before bounce-testing it.
Yes, provided you have the correct replacement rods for the model and position. We'll check them before fitting and won't force an incompatible part into place.
We'll tell you before fitting it. We cannot install an incompatible part or leave the Springfree unsafe. We can point you towards the likely supplier, but a return visit is booked and priced separately.
Not necessarily. We need safe access, the replacement part on the property and clear instructions. Stay reachable by phone in case the supplied part or trampoline condition differs from the booking.
