Questions? Fair enough.

Trampoline assembly starts at $179, with the exact price set by your trampoline's brand and model. You'll see your fixed price in the booking flow before you commit, so there's no quote to wait on and no site visit first.

Yes. Fixed for the model and service you pick, GST included. It only moves if what's on site isn't what was booked, like a different trampoline or accessories that weren't selected. If that happens we'll confirm the new price with you before we carry on.

On completion. Sometimes that's on the day, sometimes it's an invoice straight after. We don't usually take a deposit.

Assembly is usually one to two hours, and taking one down is much the same. A relocation depends on how far it's going, so allow longer if the two addresses aren't close.

No. We work outdoors and the booking captures how we access the property and where the trampoline is going. Just be reachable by phone in case a decision is needed.

A clear, reasonably level spot with nothing in the way. If it's an assembly, have the boxes on the property and near where it's going. Cut the grass if you can, because finding a dropped bolt in long grass is nobody's idea of a good afternoon. And contain the dog.

Pick the closest thing in the list and you'll still get a real fixed price. If it turns out to be something else when we arrive, we'll tell you before we start.

Most of it. We don't cover hard to reach spots like Waiheke. If your address falls outside the area the booking flow will say so, and we'll look at it manually rather than leave you guessing.

No. We don't take anything away, packaging included. We'll flatten it, stack it tidily, and leave it with you.

We work in it. If wind or ground conditions make the job unsafe, or likely to damage your property, we'll reschedule. That's our call, we make it as early in the day as we can, and it costs you nothing.

Yes. Give us 24 hours and we'll move you to another time. We plan each day as a route around one area, so a booking cancelled on the day can't be filled, and we reserve the right to charge for it. We'll always talk to you first, and we're reasonable about things you couldn't have helped.

Yes, we assemble second-hand trampolines as well as new ones, including trampolines that have already been taken apart. If a trampoline arrives broken, unsafe, or missing a significant number of parts, we'll tell you rather than build something we wouldn't put a child on.

We'll show you exactly which parts are missing or damaged so you can take it up with the retailer, since we don't supply trampoline parts. We'll complete as much of the build as is safe and return once the replacements arrive, which is booked and priced separately.

Yes, we fit trampoline accessories including safety nets, ladders, basketball hoops and anchor kits as part of the job. Select them in the booking flow and the price updates as you go.

Yes, we fit trampoline anchor kits, and in Auckland it's worth doing. Most trampolines don't come with a kit and we don't supply them, so you'll need one on site. Anchoring reduces the chance of a trampoline moving in high wind. It doesn't eliminate it.

No. We dismantle the trampoline, move it in sections, and reassemble it at the other end. Trampoline frames are large and rigid, and they rarely clear a gate or the side of a house intact.

No. We dismantle trampolines but we don't take them away, and we can't arrange disposal on your behalf. We stack the parts tidily on your property and disposal is up to you.

We assemble to the manufacturer's instructions, which is what a manufacturer's warranty requires. The warranty itself is held by the retailer who sold you the trampoline, so check the specifics with them.

Tell us. If we haven't built it to the manufacturer's instructions and you let us know within 30 days, we'll come back and put it right at no charge. Anything else, get in touch and we'll help sort it out.
