No. We dismantle the trampoline, move it in sections, and reassemble it at the other end. Trampoline frames are large and rigid, and they rarely clear a gate or the side of a house intact.
A same-day relocation depends mostly on the distance between addresses, with the dismantle and rebuild running roughly one to two hours each. Two nearby addresses can be done in a single visit.
Yes. A same-property move is dismantled, carried across in parts, and rebuilt in the new position. It's the most common relocation we do.
Yes. If both addresses are ready on the same day we dismantle, transport and reassemble in one visit. If your dates don't line up, we can dismantle now and return to reassemble once the trampoline is at the new address, which is booked as a second visit.
Yes. We dismantle it at the seller's address, transport it, and reassemble it at yours. Most come off Trade Me or Marketplace, and a fair few are Springfree, so we've set out what a Springfree relocation involves separately. Both addresses need to be accessible on the day.
Tell us before you book. Steep sections, retaining walls, steps and narrow access all affect the job, and the fixed price assumes ordinary access with a gate wide enough to carry frame sections through.
No, provided we have safe access to both addresses and everything we need. Be reachable by phone, because a relocation has more decision points than a straight assembly.
