Yes. The price we quote is the price you'll pay for the trampoline service described in your booking. If we discover something that requires extra work, we'll explain it and agree any additional cost with you before going ahead.
Travel is included in the price we quote you. If your location affects the cost, we'll account for it before you book. For trampoline relocations, the price can vary depending on the distance between the pickup and delivery addresses.
We charge a fixed price for trampoline assembly, disassembly, relocation and repairs rather than an hourly rate. You'll know the cost of the job before you book, with no running clock while we work.
Yes. Trampoline assembly and disassembly prices can vary depending on the brand, model and size because some trampolines take longer or are more involved to work on. Tell us what you have and we'll give you the correct price before you book.
Yes. GST is included in the prices shown on our website and in the price we quote you. The amount you see is the amount you'll pay for the quoted service.
We can help source many common trampoline replacement parts, depending on the brand and model. Parts are charged separately unless they're included in your quote, and we can usually fit them as part of the same repair visit.
You pay after the job is complete. Once your trampoline assembly, relocation, disassembly or repair is finished, we'll send you an invoice for the agreed amount. There's no upfront payment required for a standard booking.
Some weekend, evening or special-time bookings may cost more than our standard appointment times. If an additional charge applies to the time you choose, we'll show or confirm it before you book.
Usually not. Our trampoline assembly pricing is based on completing and checking the full setup, and a partly assembled trampoline can sometimes take as much work to inspect and finish as starting from the boxes. Let us know what has already been done when you request your price.
You can contact us to cancel or reschedule your trampoline booking. Let us know as early as possible and we'll help find another suitable time. If a cancellation or rescheduling charge applies because of short notice, we'll let you know.
Yes. We can quote many trampoline jobs outside our standard assembly, relocation, disassembly and repair services. Send us a description of what you need, along with photos if they're helpful, and we'll let you know whether we can take care of it.
