We cover Hamilton city suburbs and Cambridge. Enter the installation address in the booking flow and it will allocate the job correctly. If the property is farther out, we’ll account for any additional travel in the price shown before you book.
Have every box on the property, preferably close to the chosen spot. Clear the route from the driveway or gate to the lawn and move anything that could get in the way. Whether it is a newer Peacocke development or an established Hamilton East property, the actual gate, fences and access matter more than the postcode.
Choose a clear, firm and reasonably level patch with safe space around it. Clay-heavy ground can stay soft after Hamilton rain, especially in lower parts of a lawn. If the ground is unsafe to work on or likely to be damaged, we’ll reschedule rather than force the job.
Most trampoline assemblies take one to two hours. Larger models with nets, ladders, basketball hoops or other accessories sit at the longer end. Narrow access can also add carrying time before the build begins, so tell us about it when you book.
Yes. If your section is exposed, we can fit a customer-supplied anchor kit during the assembly. Select it in the booking flow and have the kit on site. Anchoring reduces the chance of a trampoline moving in high wind; it does not eliminate it.
Yes. We assemble second-hand trampolines as well as new ones, including trampolines brought into Hamilton from another city. Make sure every loose part and fixing is on site. If something is missing, damaged or unsafe, we’ll explain the problem and point you towards the right place to find a replacement.
No. We work outside, and the booking captures the access instructions and intended trampoline location. Just make sure the property is safely accessible, contain the dog and stay reachable by phone in case we need a decision.
