Who we are

The Trampoline Assembly Co is a trading name of Envelope Group Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Envelope Group Limited trading as The Trampoline Assembly Co.

We assemble, relocate, and disassemble trampolines in Auckland, New Zealand.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the site only. They are not the terms on which we supply our services. Scope, price, timing, access, and everything else relating to a job we carry out for you is governed by the terms we confirm with you when you book.

Prices, service descriptions, availability, and times shown on the site are indicative and subject to confirmation. Pricing depends on the details you give us, including trampoline make and model, site access, and location. We confirm the price with you before a job goes ahead.

We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.

Enquiries and bookings

Anything you submit through a form, the booking flow, or by email is an enquiry unless we clearly confirm otherwise. A booking is formed only when we confirm it with you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your address, contact details, trampoline details, and access information. Inaccurate information may mean we cannot carry out the job as quoted.

Intellectual property

Content on the site, including text, photography, illustration, branding, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

Trampoline brand names and logos referred to on the site are the property of their respective owners. We refer to them to describe the products we work on. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised agent of those brands unless we state otherwise.
