Yes, we assemble second-hand trampolines as well as new ones, including trampolines that have already been taken apart. If a trampoline arrives broken, unsafe, or missing a significant number of parts, we'll tell you rather than build something we wouldn't put a child on.

No. We work outdoors and the booking captures how we access the property and where the trampoline is going. Just be reachable by phone in case a decision is needed.

We'll show you exactly which parts are missing or damaged so you can take it up with the retailer, since we don't supply trampoline parts. We'll complete as much of the build as is safe and return once the replacements arrive, which is booked and priced separately.

Yes, we fit trampoline anchor kits, and in Auckland it's worth doing. Most trampolines don't come with a kit and we don't supply them, so you'll need one on site. Anchoring reduces the chance of a trampoline moving in high wind. It doesn't eliminate it.
