Taking a trampoline down usually takes one to two hours, much the same as building one. Rusted bolts and seized fittings on older trampolines can add time.
No. We dismantle trampolines but we don't take them away, and we can't arrange disposal on your behalf. We stack the parts tidily on your property and disposal is up to you.
Usually, yes. We dismantle so the trampoline can go back together, and we keep parts and fixings together. Springfree is a bit different because the mat rods hold tension, so taking one apart is its own job. Trampolines that have been outdoors for years have rusted bolts, perished pads and fatigued springs that can fail during the process regardless of care, and sometimes there's no way to know beforehand.
We stack them neatly on your property, with fixings kept together. If the trampoline is being transported, keeping the parts and fixings together is what makes reassembly straightforward later.
No. In-ground trampolines are out of scope, along with any excavation or groundworks.
No. We work outdoors and the booking captures how we access the property and where the trampoline is going. Just be reachable by phone in case a decision is needed.
We'll take it down and tell you what we find. Where a trampoline's condition means it can't be safely reassembled, we'll say so rather than rebuild it, and we're not able to replace parts that break because they were already degraded.
