We take down the FlexiNet, enclosure rods, mat rods, SoftEdge Mat and frame, then leave the parts neatly together where you direct us on the property.
No. Disassembly covers the take-down and stacking only. The parts remain on your property. If you need them transported and the trampoline rebuilt elsewhere, book the relocation service.
Yes. Tell us where the parts should be left and make sure the area is dry, safe and accessible. You remain responsible for wrapping, long-term storage and protecting the components after we leave.
Yes. We can dismantle and organise it for collection. Make sure the buyer has a suitable vehicle and knows where every section is stacked. Transport is not included in a disassembly booking.
Usually, yes. We take it down so it can be reassembled later. Age, weather exposure or existing damage can weaken parts, so we'll tell you if anything fails during take-down or looks unsafe to reuse.
We'll explain the issue and keep the affected part with the rest. You supply any replacement needed for the next assembly. We can point you towards the right supplier if you have the Springfree model details.
Not necessarily. We need safe access to the Auckland property and clear instructions about where the parts should be left. Stay reachable by phone in case the condition or access differs from the booking.
