We dismantle the Springfree, transport the parts and rebuild it at the destination. We then check the frame, SoftEdge Mat, mat rods and FlexiNet before the final bounce test.
Yes. We still take it apart rather than trying to carry the whole frame across the lawn. Tell us about steps, fences, retaining walls or other access issues when you book.
Yes. We can dismantle it at the seller's Auckland address, transport it and reassemble it at yours. The seller must provide access and every loose part needs to come with the trampoline.
Yes. The assembled frame is too large and rigid for most gates, paths and transport. Dismantling it into manageable sections also lets us keep the rods, frame and enclosure organised for the rebuild.
We need a safe route from the Springfree to our vehicle at the pickup and from the vehicle to the new lawn. Tell us about narrow gates, stairs, slopes, long carries or restricted parking before the booking.
We'll explain what we find before rebuilding. If a replacement is needed, you supply the correct part. We can point you towards the likely supplier, but we won't fit an incorrect or unsafe component.
Not necessarily. We need safe access at both Auckland properties, clear instructions for the new position and someone reachable by phone in case the site differs from the booking.
