Yes. We fit replacement mats, safety nets, springs, spring pads and enclosure poles. Springfree uses its own part names, and SoftEdge Mats, FlexiNet enclosures and mat rods are covered separately. You supply the part and we fit it.
No. We fit parts, we don't sell them, so the replacement needs to be on site before we arrive. Order it from your trampoline's retailer or manufacturer, who can confirm you're getting the right one for your model.
Fitting starts at $149, set by the part and your trampoline's model, and the price covers fitting only. The cost of the part itself is separate and paid to whoever you buy it from.
Your trampoline's brand, model and size determine the part, and the retailer or manufacturer can match it from those details. Measuring the frame yourself is the usual mistake, because mat sizes are specified by frame diameter and spring count rather than by the mat itself.
Yes, provided the correct part for that brand and model is on site. We work across Springfree, Jumpflex, SpaceJump, Vuly and every other brand you'll find in New Zealand.
Most replacements take under an hour. A full mat or net replacement on a large trampoline takes longer, and rusted or seized fittings on older trampolines can add time.
We fit replacement parts, which covers most of what people mean by a trampoline repair. What we don't do is patch, weld, modify or otherwise alter a trampoline beyond what the manufacturer's instructions describe. If a frame is bent or cracked, replacing the section is the fix and a repair isn't.
We'll tell you before we go any further. If the part doesn't match your model we can't make it fit, and if the trampoline's condition means it wouldn't be safe to use afterwards we'll say so rather than fit the part anyway.
